Otago Trailer Yacht Squadron ( OTYS ) welcomes anyone to subscribe to our MAINSHEET Newletter even if they are not a member of our club. You are also welcome to advertise regional trailer yacht events through OTYS MAINSHEET publications by emailing secretary@otys.org.nz with the details.
OTYS membership has these additional benifits:
- You will also recieve 'Members Attachments' included with the MAINSHEET. These attachments include yachting stories from our members, members notices and personal information that relates to our members activities.
- Access to members pages on our web site which includes cruising guides, trip logs and other helpful information.
- Affiliation to Yachting New Zealand - You need to be affiliated to YNZ to be able to enter in any significant yacht racing events.YNZ also advicates for yacht clubs keeping our waters, activities and administrative details in order to benifit us yachties.
- Affiliation to New Zealand Trailer Yacht Association - NZTYA administer class ratings, racing and promote trailer yachting in New Zealand.
- Affiliation to Otago Yachting Association - Co-ordinating club yachting acivities in the area for the benifit of Otago in general.
